Specifically designed to enhance and properly support Women's health, Fertility and Pregnancy.  The benefits of Luna yoga at Harmony Health is for any women who is looking to increase her fertility, sexual pleasure, prenatal support or alleviate complaints of menstruation, fibroids, endometriosis and even menopause.  This class helps women to feel more alive, healthy and radiant.  With the aid of gentle yoga and breathing techniques with some restorative poses, this class will relax and calm the body and mind.  It softens and relaxes the hip flexors and improves the energy and blood flow to the pelvic cavity that is crucial to improving women's health, fertility and establishing and supporting pregnancy. All classes are offered in a semi-private, intimate setting for your comfort.
